This is absolutely wonderful! I really like its interior design; it looks very comfortable and homey. And the kitchen has everything a homeowner would want! Anyway, thanks for giving us a tour. The only thing I can think of why they may have done it is that we are in the Mountain West and people are still REALLY found of their hardwood cabinets. If it were mine, I think I would have brightened the kitchen up and definately had white cabinets. Walking through the home it feels elegant and crisp, and the two main things I would have changed would have been to sort of flip the kitchen: White cabinets and continue the hardwood floors in the kitchen...instead of their dark wood cabinets and white tile floors. Love that you recognized that. Flow is so important to a home and I think the kitchen breaks the rhythm for sure. Thanks so much for stopping by, so glad to 'meet' you! It won for the Parade of Homes Interior Design Award. Fun to dream and to get ideas for my own house ;) Thanks so much, so glad to get to know you and your blog!XO.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04619985241040437269noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4082656687594997647.post-58548867617425425852013-08-14T00:13:16.338-05:002013-08-14T00:13:16.338-05:00I love this and I am definitely way into the grey ...I love this and I am definitely way into the grey and simplified trends when it comes to my own house. I'm wondering how you feel about the all white doors, trim and much of the wood in the house and then a darker wood in the kitchen. I fully expected white kitchen cabinets and think that would have created a better flow.Amanda @ Speculating Jokebirdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03054249181113181628noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4082656687594997647.post-10281438360336748802013-08-09T13:56:40.295-05:002013-08-09T13:56:40.295-05:00I am SO in love with your house!
