We're moving. And I sort of couldn't help but look at some options online.
Well, this dream boat is out of our price range. But if I could pick a house to be my next nest...this would be it. I'm an old bones of a house sort of girl. I grew up in a 1901 Victorian and there is just something special about old creaky floors and walls that aren't quite squared...about drafty windows...but this one has all the bells and whistles of new construction paired with the character and charm of a historic home. That means, yes, exactly what I love- old house with a face lift. The new changes add functionality, a modern design edge AND eco-friendly energy perks.

And if you think the exterior is divine, hold onto your hats. I'd love to sort of take it up a notch with a tad more femininity, color and pattern, it's a little stark, but the finishes, lighting, bones are fantastic. Here's the interior:
