January Contest: Downton Book Giveaway

Lady Almina and the Real Downton Abbey: The Lost Legacy of Highclere Castle, by The Countess of Carnarvon (2011)

You know I'm a big Downton fan, have been since the beginning. I'm actually a "Masterpiece" junky.
I'm an Anglophile... I dig (in a big way) British history, culture, accents. It doesn't matter the era, either.  I'm sort of a connoisseur of English historical novels and biographies. At some point I'll post all of my favorites, but today, I'm ecstatic to announce January's Giveaway!  "Lady Almina and the Real Downton Abbey, the Lost Legacy of Highclere Castle, by the Countess of Carnarvon" is a fun read for all of you Downton Abbey fans that would like to sink your teeth into a little true life Landed Gentry goodness! And to cap it all off, it is a signed copy, direct from Highclere itself!
So come back often from January 14th - January 31st and enter as often as you like.  The winner will be announced and contacted on Feb. 1st!

    1. Me either...it is torture. Last season I couldn't wait and I bought the season from pbs so that I could get through it. I'm trying to be good and take Season 3 one Sunday at a time!
